IMPORTANT FUND RUN INFORMATION:
The FUND RUN presented by The Little Gym of Asheville is on Friday 10/16! The fundraiser will run from 10/2 until 10/18. To sign your student up from the fundraiser go to https://app.99pledges.com/fund/GAESFundRun26/addme Please email GAESFundRun@gmail.com or GlenArdenPTO@gmail.com with any questions!
FUND RUN SHIRTS: Each student will receive a FREE Fund Run shirt! These shirts will be distributed the morning of the event and placed over students’ clothing. If you purchased any additional shirts, they will be sent home on Thursday.
FAMILIES: You are welcome to come and cheer on your student(s) during their scheduled run time. If you plan to watch your student run, you must check in at the front office.
RAIN PLAN: If 10/16 is a rainy day the event will be moved into the gym. Unfortunately families will not be invited to watch students run in the gym due to space restrictions.
FUNDRAISER: We are using the 99 Pledges platform this year to raise money for the Glen Arden PTO. The PTO supports the school by organizing teacher and staff appreciation events, providing gift cards to teachers to help buy supplies for their classrooms, purchasing supplemental instructional materials, providing teacher and staff grants, funding continuing education for our teacher, purchasing Scholastic News magazines, and much more.
